Frequently asked questions
How often is data refreshed?
AppWatch fetches new data once per day for all your connected stores. Snapshots are stored so you can track trends over time.
Which stores are supported?
Google Play, App Store (iOS), Steam, and itch.io. You can monitor multiple stores for the same game or app in one dashboard.
How do I add or remove apps from the mobile app?
Tap the + button in the top toolbar of the AppWatch mobile app. You can add package IDs (Play) or Steam app IDs and remove existing ones.
How do alerts work?
Go to the bell icon in the mobile app or Settings → Alerts on the web. Set thresholds for rating drops, crash rate spikes, or download milestones. You'll receive an email (and optionally Slack/Discord webhooks) when a threshold is crossed.
How do I change the language in the mobile app?
Tap the flag icon in the top toolbar of the dashboard. The app supports English, Spanish, French, and German, and auto-detects your device language on first launch.
I registered but can't log in.
Check your email for a verification link — you need to verify your address before signing in. If you didn't receive it, use the "Resend verification" option on the login screen.
Can I use AppWatch on desktop?
Yes — appwatch.dev is a full web app. The iOS and Android apps are companions that give you quick access to your dashboard on the go.
